- All driftwood art pieces are hand-made and one of a kind, as such, can not be duplicated. If it is desired that you would like a piece previously made and sold, there will be an attempt made to create a close replica. Keep in mind that we can only create based upon what we have in stock and beachcomb once you place your order.
- We will do our best to accommodate specific requests but can not make any guarantees.
- Driftwood art pieces are left natural and are therefore susceptible to weather conditions. If you place outdoors, please do not leave in direct weather conditions; direct sunlight or wet. All pieces are designed for indoor use or a covered patio. Adhering to indoor usage will allow your piece to last for many years of enjoyment.
- If you would like a custom designed piece, please contact us via email. We will set up a time to discuss by phone and clarify with you what you have in mind before work begins. Once complete a photo will be shared. You can see many of our custom designs on our site. All custom pieces will require a deposit of “fifty percent”. Your project will be ready for delivery or pick up within 7-10 days of your order being confirmed. If for any reason we can not make that deadline we will let you know immediately and you will have a choice of receiving a full refund or waiting until the project is complete.
Shipping policy
Shipping policy is subject to change due to the nature of rate changes of shipping providers. We will make every effort to streamline the process for you, as shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. We will work with you to determine the best approach and give you a full quote. Shipment will not be made until payment, in full, is received. It is also recommended to purchase shipping insurance. A shipping date, tracking number and estimated date of delivery will be shared when the parcel is sent.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and Refunds will work as follows; if a piece is damaged, you can return it and either (a) request a full refund of the item or (b) ask us to repair it and return to you. The item must be returned to request a refund. You will be responsible for any/all shipping costs incurred; however, if you purchased insurance, this cost could be offset. You will have 30 days from the date of shipping/pickup to make any claims, after which no returns or refund request will be accepted.
